CLAP HANDS FOR GIRLS We are the community of students in the vocational School of Baranangsiang Bogor Indonesia. Let us see our expression, ideas, and feeling about girls. We care about girls around us some of them don’t have the opportunity for education, some of their voice is not heard, some of them burdened with a lot of works. Some of their Rights ignored by Society. They lost their future. End it all Their voice is our future  I see the reality of us. as a girl and child in here. I lived in a beautiful country but I worried if some girls my age is a victim of inequality that often happened in our life. I studied in vocational school, in my school we prepared to be someone who works in an industry which sometimes are vulnerable for girls like me. Did you know? There are some girls younger than I who don’t have the opportunity for education, they have no choice but to work illegally, their unique right to play & enjoy themselves as children have had been taken away. Some of my friends don’t have any rights. They are endangered as victims of domestic violence. My friend has to married earlier in her young age because of the economic pressures, they don’t have equal opportunity to raise their voice because they have had raised in  the gender inequality belief in their family. In some areas in my countries still practicing Female Genital Mutilation as a mal tradition practiced. Do you think that it’s necessary?? How about their life after they did this to their body? What do you think if we build a new culture, the culture  to respect the girl & child? The culture where we, as a girl and a child, have a right to be our self, to be loved, to be heard, and to be protected?
